Might 16, 2024 – Carl Meyer of Hartland, WI, was acknowledged with the Group Affect Award on the Rent Heroes USA Second Annual Empowerment Gala. This award highlights a person or partner's excellent contribution to strengthening and advancing employment for veterans and navy spouses. Meyer, present president of The Wetrich Group, has an in depth background in healthcare with management expertise starting from expertise to distribution and provider positions. He’s the creator of 100 Holes for Our Heroes, benefiting Rent Heroes USA. Over the previous 16 years, he has raised greater than $1.5 million and helped greater than 1,150 veterans and navy spouses discover civilian jobs.

Rent Heroes USA, a nationwide nonprofit group that empowers U.S. navy members, veterans and spouses to reach the civilian workforce, hosted its second annual Empowerment Gala, an occasion honoring people and companions who’ve made excellent contributions to veterans and their spouses in transition to civilian careers.
